Steven E. Eisenberg

Steven E. Eisenberg practices Business and Tax Law, IRS Disputes, Estate Planning, Trust, Guardianship and Probate Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and Texas.

Mr. Eisenberg received his B.A. from New York University, his Law Degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas and a Masters Degree in Tax Law from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
He is "AV" Peer Review rated by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Eisenberg was a recipient of the Prentice Hall Award in Taxation and has been published in the Journal of Taxation for Accountants, a national publication. He has authored numerous client newsletters on Estate Planning and other topics.

Mr. Eisenberg lectures extensively on Estate Planning, Charitable Planning, Taxation and Employee Independent Contractor matters. Mr. Eisenberg is also active in community affairs. He was a commissioner of the Plantation Acres Improvement District. He also serves on the City of Plantation's Parks and Recreation Citizen's Advisory Board as it's Chairman.
